I called Cole’s Plumbing in Carrollton around 0830. Their plumber was at my house within 2 1/2 hours. He replaced my garbage disposal and another problem with my kitchen sink. This gentleman was professional, a delight, and quite efficient in his craft. I will certainly seek their services in the future.

Cole's Plumbing replaced the gas line at my house in Carrollton, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely took the time to walk me through everything. I have only the highest praise for Cole’s Plumbing. I had two other plumbing companies out to try and clear the clog for two sinks that were clogged from the A/C condensate. Neither were able to clear the blockage. One company spent half a day and claimed that the best option was to cut into the brick on the side of my house to find where the blockage was. Chad Cole (owner) contacted me after receiving my request for service online and indicated that the options given to me seemed to be costly and maybe not needed. My conversation with him was on a Friday evening and he said he could come out the next day and take a look. He arrived on time and it only took about 10 minutes to diagnose the issue and in less than 2 hours, the drains were cleared. Chad is a plumbing genius, he knew just from looking where the toilet, tub, sink, etc were located where the clog would be. He also left the sinks and bathroom spotless before leaving. I will only use his services from now on. Chad’s expertise saved me from an extremely expensive repair that was mis-diagnosed from previous plumbers.

We had an unexpected gas leak in our yard. We called Coles Plumbing out to our house in Carrollton, Tx. I had called several plumbing companies trying to find help but kept getting AI phone agents or call centers that couldn’t/wouldn’t answer my questions relating to the issue. Then I called Coles Plumbing and it was answered immediately by the plumber himself. He was able to answer my questions and came out right away. On the same day. He came out. Assessed the problem. (Gas leak in yard). He then did a test and found another leak issue that he fixed on the spot. He worked continuously from the time he got to our house until the job was finished. This included digging up the pipe that was leaking. Driving all the way out to McKinney for a part. Replacing and doing extra maintenance to prevent future issues. He was friendly and kept a great attitude the entire time (even while digging in the heat of the day. He did not try to upsell us and carefully explained everything he was doing and why. I highly recommend Cole’s Plumbing! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Coles Plumbing is my go to provider. They are always professional, explain everything, show up on time, available for some emergencies and more. Today the master bath was flooding with water from the toilet leaving water all over the bath room. They also put on two new turn knobs from the wall that were quarter turns since you could not move the previous ones installed 15 years ago.

He visited my Castle Hills home and replaced my oil-rubbed bronze pop-up assemblies along with the matching tub drain, waste, and overflow trim kit, and the work was flawless. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor made the entire experience a pleasure. It's rare to find someone who combines quality work with such great customer service.
