I cannot say enough good things about this plumber. I had an ongoing issue in the half bath at my Airbnb that I had not been able to get anyone else to fix correctly. Since my husband is military and we are currently living out of state, I am not able to be at the property to handle issues in person, which can make situations like this extremely stressful. He was able to figure out the problem, fix it properly, and give me peace of mind knowing it was actually taken care of. Having someone dependable and knowledgeable that I can trust with my property from out of state is a huge relief. I’m extremely grateful and will absolutely be using him again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

My tank water heater went out and was leaking from inside the attic area. Cole’s plumbing came out and gave an estimate to change out with a new tankless water heater. Best investment I could made. Cole’s plumbing definitely earned my trust and I will be using them when and if I ever need to again.

We recently had Cole’s Plumbing install a new tankless water heater, and the entire experience was outstanding. Chad and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the installation process and all of our options before getting started. The work was completed neatly and efficiently, and they made sure everything was up to code, including handling the permit and inspection process. The installation looks great, and we’re already enjoying endless hot water and improved efficiency. It’s hard to find a plumbing company that combines great communication, quality workmanship, and fair pricing. Cole’s Plumbing delivered on all three. If you’re considering a tankless water heater, I highly recommend giving them a call.

Chad was very professional. We had a water leak that seemed to be in our spare bathroom. He used his expertise to find our A/C unit was leaking in our closet behind the bathroom. He was upfront and honest with pricing and repair cost. Prices were competitive to others plumbers used in the past. We will use him again for the simple fact that he told us everything that he was searching for before the work was done. No hidden charges. He even snaked our drain for the A/C line which we didn’t know about.

Chad with Cole's plumbing was great. He came out quick and was very knowledgeable on our issue. Our kitchen sink had old plumbing with two traps, he streamlined it so we would have less issues and cleaned out the clog in the inside and outside of the house. Would 100% recommend.

I’ve used Cole’s Plumbing twice, and Chad has been excellent both times. He responded quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and handled every repair professionally with quality workmanship and attention to detail. He fixed a deep line blockage, replaced bathroom sink plumbing, and repaired two burst pipes — all completed the same day at fair prices. Reliable service from start to finish. I’d definitely use Cole’s Plumbing again and highly recommend them!

We have hired Chad to perform water heater replacements to reseating a toilet plus other plumbing projects. Chad is always upfront and transparent in pricing. I have found his pricing to be very reasonable compared to the big plumbing companies around the Dallas area. Will definitely hire him again!
