Coles Plumbing is my go to provider. They are always professional, explain everything, show up on time, available for some emergencies and more. Today the master bath was flooding with water from the toilet leaving water all over the bath room. They also put on two new turn knobs from the wall that were quarter turns since you could not move the previous ones installed 15 years ago.

Chad Cole is simply the best. He visited my Castle Hills home and replaced my oil-rubbed bronze pop-up assemblies along with the matching tub drain, waste, and overflow trim kit, and the work was flawless. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor made the entire experience a pleasure. It's rare to find someone who combines quality work with such great customer service. I highly recommend Chad for any plumbing needs!

Had water heater problem + water leak no doubt on a Saturday morning, Chad came out one hour before they closed to help! Had to replace an expansion to my water heater and flushed out my main water heater. Very professional from the phone call to the repairs. Very reasonable price and I love he is direct and to the point. I 100% recommend them! I’m in the Carrollton area.

My family has the worst luck ever when it comes to having plumbing issues. They recently had the Coppell gas company come out and shut their services off due to a leak. I took it upon myself to help them find a local plumber that could immediately come out and resolve the issue for them. After doing a little research, I found Cole’s plumbing out of Carrollton. They came out immediately and assessed the situation. They quickly located the gas leak and made the proper repairs needed in order to get the gas service turned back on. I am very impressed with Cole’s plumbing‘s professionalism and will definitely insist that the family continue using them from this point forward.

Hose bib replacement. My hose bib is placed under a deck causing difficult access for repairs. Chad Cole, owner, assessed the situation quickly. He is knowledgeable & provided me with more than one repair solution. In addition, he took the time to create an access panel through my deck to make future repairs easier. Coles Plumbing is prompt, responds quickly, Chad is very knowledgeable & does quality work and always has found a great solution for my plumbing needs. This was a return call because they had done such a wonderful job walking me through all the options for a water heater replacement, providing me estimates for 3 different options (retrofitting to tankless included). Chad replaced several gas lines, tested and repaired leaks on lines that were compromised after property damage. He rocked that out very quickly. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Any plumbing we need work on will go to Cole's Plumbing.

I cannot say enough good things about this plumber. I had an ongoing issue in the half bath at my Airbnb that I had not been able to get anyone else to fix correctly. Since my husband is military and we are currently living out of state, I am not able to be at the property to handle issues in person, which can make situations like this extremely stressful. He was able to figure out the problem, fix it properly, and give me peace of mind knowing it was actually taken care of. Having someone dependable and knowledgeable that I can trust with my property from out of state is a huge relief. I’m extremely grateful and will absolutely be using him again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!
